The Store is NOW OPEN!

We did it! With great success and a lot of help from Matt Sullivan (our famous chef for the cafe) and tons of true close friends (you know who you are) we made the move over the past weekend. This task has been an adventure in itself! The store had just gotten to a point of running smoothly where I had time for the family again. Then the cafe evolved!

We took over a restarant that had gone out of business in a only a few short months, yet created such a mess for us to clean up. With that being said please stop by and see what we have done to the place!!

The cafe will be ready to open the second week of November with a yummy lunch menu and weekend brunch. During the week we will offer morning coffee, quick muffins, donuts, lunch with sandwiches, salads, soups and free wi-fi all day. As we grow things will change and grow with us which makes it even more exciting.

We are offering the new Energy Armor bands in store for $19.99 or 3 for $54.99.

We will be announcing the new bread and wraps that we have discovered from a southern florida bakery and a colorado bakery. Still waiting on one more bakery out of Texas to sample there breads.

Keep a watch out for a menu to appear on the website over the next few days!

Moving space over with new Cafe!

Some of you are wondering what is going on at Chase Foods! We are moving over to the end unit of the same building so that we can expand our options and be able to offer you all more organic and allergy free options. We are opening a Cafe that will offer amazing brunch and lunches! Coffee and bakery items will be available as well as soups that are take home. Everything will be made fresh with only the purest ingerdients!

The Market side will still offer the allergy free items that you can currently find as well as expanding into bulk items. Our market is taking time to really research supplements, personal care and household items that are up to par with our standards. Our frozen section will be back up next week as we make our move to the new space.

Please stop by next week and see what changes are being made and let us hear from you on what we can do to make shopping easier!

Please come to the New Support Group!

Well there has been lots of talk about starting a support group. With all we have going on opening the new cafe it has been the last thing on my mind. So today I get a call from Sarah Kalne let me know about a new support group she and her husband are starting. They are from up north and had a wonderful support system. Upon arriving here in Jacksonville realized that we are short in the area of food allergy support.

There first meeting is next Wednesday. Please try to make it and let her know what nights work best for meetings. Following is her link

Have a great week!

Lots of work going on!

Well some of you may know, to others this is news. We are taking over the space next door which was an old bar and renovating it for our new CAFE! Yes a cafe on the northside that you can enjoy eating at for brekfast and lunch without worrying about all the allergens. The food market will be moved over to the front half of the space and the cafe will be on the back half with a patio opening.

We will offer coffee, tea, quick breakfast items like muffins, bagels, donuts, cinnamon rolls during the week. On weekends there will be a full brunch menu with waffles, pancakes, french toast, eggs and omeletes (only on weekends and in a seperate area to prevent cross contamination).

Lunch menus will offer yummy soups from scratch, salads that are amazing, wraps and sandwiches all with gluten free meats, that are free range, no nitrites/nitrates, no preservatives all using fresh herbs and vegetables.

We are very busy building, painting, designing and planning for our move on the 16th of October with the kitchen opening in November!

We will continue to offer our Neighborhood Garden club on Mondays. It has taken off and everyone loves coming in on Mondays to pick up there fruits and vegetables for the week. The plus is they are all ORGANIC! Can't wait to see what is in my box this week! Thanks to Melissa Granier I don't have to go over the bridge now for my produce.
